  • Our Professional Client Xchange is a secure, web-based portal that enables tax professionals and their clients to exchange tax documents conveniently and safely from any device with internet access.
  • Clients receive a unique activation link via email to create their secure account, which requires confirming their email and enabling multi-factor authentication.

    Clients must click the link in their invitation email in order to activate their accounts. (CTR cannot activate accounts for them.). The activation link is unique to that client for security purposes.
